I am here to love you, not judge you.

Sometimes a phrase starts going through my head repeatedly. When that starts to happen, I know that a blog post or a guided meditation, or something wants to be written.

While going through my day earlier in the week, the phrase: I am here to learn to love you, not judge you, kept going through my head. On one level, I knew that this phrase was meant for me. There are several people in my life I am working on learning to love instead of judge. Also, I’m working on forgiving myself for my own mistakes as well.

On the other hand, i also feel like I am meant to share what I am learning, in the event that it may be beneficial for more than just myself.

It is in this vein, that I share this meditation that poured through me during a short break in between clients the other day.

I am here to learn to love you, not judge you.

It is easy to be judgmental. It takes no skill. Anyone and everyone can be judgemental, and I’m sure we have all had our moments, days, weeks or even months of seemingly justified judgementalness.

And who can blame us, when the people around us are so hopelessly impossible sometimes?

And yet, the fact remains, that we didn’t come here to be judgemental, we came to learn to love.

What? I can hear you shout out (and I hear my own brain protest as well), How can I love this and this, and that and that? It is all so difficult. And people are just so unreasonable sometimes.

And yet, no one said it would be easy and no one said it wouldn’t test every fiber of our being.

But part of why we came to the earth was to learn to love that which we deem unlovable.

Part of why we came to the earth was to learn to love the imbalances, to learn to love the wounds, both in ourselves and others and so:

Step into your love now.
Step into your power.
Step into your balance.

Learn to love that which you deem unlovable.

You do not need to invite all to dinner or even interact with everyone, but part of why you have come is to learn to keep your heart open, to learn to love that which you deem unlovable.

Start with yourself now.

Direct loving kindness toward yourself.

Affirm:

I love you.
I forgive you.
I appreciate you.
I value you.

Send love and kindness to yourself, as you remember that the earth is a school and that you came to learn and grow.

Yes, you have made many mistakes, just like the rest of us. And yes, some of those mistakes have had far reaching ramifications. And yet we must remember that there is a divine interconnection between what we’ve come to learn and what those around you have come to learn.

Train yourself to look for the learning. What are you learning? What are those around you learning?

After you see the lessons, affirm once again:

I love you.
I forgive you.
I appreciate you.
I value you.

You are learning and growing and everyone around you is learning and growing.

Mistakes are a natural and necessary part of the process.

Forgive yourself for your mistakes.

Wipe the slate clean.

Give yourself the gift of forgiveness this holiday season and give others the gift of your forgiveness this holiday season.

Let yourself and everyone else off the hook and choose to offer love and kindness and forgiveness. Do this for yourself, for your own health for your own development and achievement.

It is easy to judge yourself and others.

Strive for a higher, more refined way of being. Aspire to learn to love and appreciate yourself and to love and appreciate others. Aspire to learn to love the wounds in yourself and the wounds in others.

Again, you do not need to befriend everyone and there will those who you should most definitely love from afar, but aspire to grow in your capacity to love now.

This time, bring your awareness to someone in your life and this time direct your attention towards them as you affirm:

I love you.
I appreciate you.
I value you.
I forgive you.

You are learning something from this person. Perhaps you are learning to say yes and perhaps you are learning to say no. Perhaps you are learning to walk away and perhaps you are learning to stay despite the imbalances. Perhaps you are learning not to be so naive, perhaps you are learning to be more discerning in your interactions. Perhaps you are learning to give more, and perhaps you are learning to give less.

The lessons and attunments will vary. What will stay consistent is that you are learning to love.

And so embrace this lesson now and begin to hold yourself to a higher standard. Begin to embrace that you are learning to love. Be kind toward yourself in this process because this skill is not always easy to develop and will take much repetition and practice.

If it were easy, everyone would do it.

And so look to make a little progress everyday in your ability to love. Perhaps aspire to one percent better per day and little by little your heart chakra will open, and your ability to replace your judgementalness with love will grow and expand.

Direct your attention out into the world now and offer your love to all of humanity.

Affirm:

I love you.
I forgive you.
I value you.
I appreciate you.

We are all learning and growing. No one is exempt. And for today, I choose love. And for today I choose forgiveness. And for today I choose appreciation for the opportunity to practice and learn my own lessons.

I am here to learn how to love. I am here to learn how to love the wounds and the imbalances both in myself and others.

And I am also here to learn to love and welcome the greatness that lies within myself and others as well.

I am here to learn to love it all, the good, the bad, the ugly.

Affirm once again:

I love you.
I forgive you.
I value you.
I appreciate you.

We all have greatness within us and we all are wounded and learning and growing.

I did not come here to judge you. Anyone can do that.
I came here to learn to love you, wounds and all.

I love you.
I forgive you.
I value you.
I appreciate you.

We are all learning and growing. No one is exempt.

I love the greatness that lies with you.
I love the magnificience that you are.

And I love the wounded place with in you, for I know that you are learning and growing.

I do not add salt to your wounds. I am learning to add love.

We are all learning and we are all growing and I will do this imperfectly much of the time. But I will aspire to improve and grow in my capacity to bring love to the earth.

I love you.
I forgive you.
I value you.
I appreciate you.

We all have greatness within us and we all and human and and learning and growing and wounded.

I am learning to love all of it.

I love you.
I forgive you.
I value you.
I appreciate you.

And so it is.
And so it is.
And so it is.

~Have a good holiday weekend, everyone. And take some time this weekend to give yourself and those around you the gift of your forgiveness and love. Be aware of how this impacts your health and wellbeing and your life.

~The world needs our light and our love, may we all evolve in our ability to be a bright light on the planet.

~And of courses, couple your love with discernment. Sometimes its best to love from afar and sometimes its best to love up close. Let your heart love and your wisdom guide you in appropriate relating.

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

I deserve

I was working with a client today and as we were talking it became clear that this client had a deep feeling of not deserving. We meditated and sent light to assist in healing this pattern and then did a TRCB session to further release blockages.

Later in the day, this blog post descended and I wrote it down so that we can all work on forgiving ourselves, opening to receive, and remembering that the earth is a school and that we are good and we deserve goodness.

Also, mark your calendar for Sunday December 27th at 7 p.m. ET for our next FREE TRCB Group Healing. (More details coming soon.)

I deserve.

I deserve the goodness of the universe.
I deserve abundance.
I deserve love.
I deserve healing.
I deserve happiness.
I deserve the goodness of the universe.

Take a moment now to affirm: I deserve. I deserve. I deserve.

At the human level, we are flawed and we make mistakes. But at the spiritual level we are innocent, whole and complete. At the spiritual level we deserve life’s goodness.

Take a moment now and forgive yourself for past mistakes.

Understand that you are learning and growing and that we are all learning and growing.

Understand that despite all of your mistakes that you deserve goodness. You deserve all that life wants to bring to you.

And so let go now.

Let go of the thought that you don’t deserve and open to all that is meant for you.

Let go now and step into the life that you have imagined for yourself.

Let go now and accept with grace and appreciation all that is coming your way.

Let go now and remember that you deserve because you are spirit and you are good and you are learning.

The earth is school.
Part of why you have come is to learn and grow.

Don’t be so hard on yourself.
Forgive yourself.

Let go of the past and step into your future with arms wide open.

You deserve.
You are good and you are learning.

Humanly there is reward and punishment, good and bad.
At the spiritual level there is perfection and grace and learning.

There is a divine interconnection between what you are learning and what those around you are learning. Remember to see deeper, see the learning and the lessons.

Forgive yourself and forgive others for everyone is learning and everyone deserves.

Open your arms now to receive the goodness of the universe.

Offer the gift of forgiveness to yourself this holiday season and offer the gift of forgiveness to others.

All are learning and all are growing and all are on a very long journey home.

Remember that you deserve.
So often you strive for a goal with one hand and block it with the other.

Step into your sense of deserving now.
Step into the rememberance of who you really are.

Remember that the earth is a school and that you have come to learn and grow.

Remember that no one expected you to be perfect.

You are growing and learning and it is all okay.

You deserve. You deserve. You deserve.

Open yourself up to the good of the universe and let it rain down on you.

Listen deeply and you will know what to do.
The way forward will be made clear.

Open to receive and remember that you deserve the goodness that is coming your way.

Affirm frequently:

I am open to receive.
I am open to receive.

I deserve.
I deserve.
I deserve.

Happy Holidays Everyone and Happy New Year too. Thank you for being part of my TRCB community.

Sincerely,

~Hayley Mermelstein

I deserve.

I was at a party the other day and someone asked me a question about a mutual friend. I answered their question and then realized that I had said too much. It wasn’t a terribly big deal but still I felt badly. It was an honest mistake, but still a mistake nonetheless. If I had been more prepared for the question I would have said less.

I was thinking about this when I got home and felt badly about it. Again, it wasn’t the end of the world and in a sense I was being sort of hard on myself. I just said a little too much.

Anyway, in my time of feeling badly, a critical voice that I didn’t know was in me arose and said with great venom: “You don’t deserve goodness.”

What, I answered back, that is kind of a strong reaction isn’t it? (Trying to rationalize with my irritational self.) Yes, but still, you don’t deserve, it echoed back.

I felt, in that moment, that a part of my unconscious mind was revealing itself to me. Sort of rearing its ugly head in a moment of vulnerability.

I’m glad, however, that this happened.

They say that 90 percent of our mind is unconscious. Consciously, i would say I totally hold the attitude that I deserve, but clearly their was this voice deep within me that felt otherwise.

Its important to be aware of these unconscious voices in our heads because they affect our lives and our manifestation. What goodness might I be blocking because I have this hidden voice saying that I don’t deserve?

Once these voices come to the surface we can begin to work with them using affirmations, prayer, Tong Ren Chakra Balancing or other healing techniques.

For me, I wrote the following affirmation for myself and thought I’d share it here in case, from time to time, there is a voice within you that rises up to try to hold you down.

Here is to our collective liberation!

I deserve.

I deserve.
I deserve.

I deserve the goodness of the universe.
I deserve the goodness of the universe.

I deserve wealth.
I deserve love.
I deserve prosperity.
I deserve kindness.

I deserve.
I deserve.

I deserve and I am open to receive.
I deserve and I am open to receive.

I am open to receive the goodness of this universe.
I am open to receive the goodness of this universe.

We have all made mistakes.
No one is exempt.

We have all made mistakes and yet we still deserve.

So quiet that voice within that says I do not deserve.
Heal that voice within that blocks the goodness of the universe.

I heal that voice within and I open to receive.
I heal that voice within and I devote myself to service.

I open to the goodness of the universe.
I open to the goodness of the universe.

I open to greater power.
I open to greater love.
I open to great wealth.
I open to greater abundance.
I open to greater kindness.

I am a child of God and I deserve.
We all deserve healing.

Take a moment now and open to the goodness of the universe.

Open to a force of life that has your best interest at heart.
Open to a force of life that wants to bring you all that you need to heal.

Heal the voice within that says I don’t deserve.
Heal the voice within that blocks this goodness.

Know that you spirit and that you are good and
Know that everyone makes mistakes.

Be kind to yourself and open.
Be open and allow yourself to heal.

If there is a place within you that you are having trouble healing, ask for divine intervention now.

Help me spirit to know that I deserve the goodness of the universe.

Help me to heal the voice within me that says I do not deserve.

Help me to be open to your goodness more and more.

Affirm:

I am healing.
I am whole.
I am complete
I am a child of God and
I deserve.

Reread this affirmation and meditation frequently.

Have a good weekend everyone and remember that
regardless of the mistakes that we have made, we all deserve healing.

Embracing the Learning Process

Last week I thought I had made a financially costly mistake. As it turned out, I had not. But still, the experience of thinking I had made a mistake and my reaction to it, made me realize I still had quite a bit of work to do on embracing the learning process.

Mistakes are an inevitable part of life, and when we see them as bad we really suffer.

Of course, none of us want to make mistakes and it is great to aspire to be thoughtful as we move through our lives, but even under the best of circumstances we will all falter.

We are human and we are learning, their is simply no way around this. Everyone we come in contact with is also human and learning. The sooner we embrace this reality the happier we will be.

In addition to the fact that we are human and learning, we are also spirit and filled with greatness and so is everyone else.

Learning to hold these two awarenesses simultaneously is part of what we are here to do.

Anyway, as I was contemplating all this and working on embracing the learning process, I wrote the following post to help me remember.

Thought I’d share it here, in case any of you are working on the same lessons.

I am learning and growing.

The earth is a school.
We have come for learning and we have come for growth.
That is why we are here.

And so, do not be so surprised by the mistakes, as if you had hope of not making any.

We have come for growth and we have come for learning, and
We have come to serve and we have come to enjoy.

Embrace all aspects of your journey.

Embrace the learning.
Embrace the growth.
Embrace your enjoyment and
Embrace your service.

Embrace all aspects of why you are here.

Affirm often:

I embrace the learning process.
I welcome the learning process.

I have come for growth and I have come for learning, it is a large part of why I am here.

The earth is a school and we have all come for growth.
We have all come for learning.

And so, embrace the learning process and embrace the growth process.

Know that you have come for growth.
Know that you have come for learning.

Remember why you are here and do not be so surprised by the process.

Have deep compassion for yourself and deep compassion for others, for all are learning and all are growing and no one is exempt.

Do not expect perfection from yourself and do not expect perfection from others.

We are all learning and we are all growing.

You may be extremely wise in one moment and you may be foolish in the next.
And this discrepancy may cause you great pain.
But know that is too is part of the process of life.

All are human, and all are learning and growing.
And all our spirit, and all filled with divinity and greatness.

You may encounter others who exhibit great wisdom in one moment and great foolishness in the next.

Learn to have compassion for their process as well.

For everyone is filled with greatness and great divinity and
All are human and learning.

Do not be so surprised by this process and do not be so hurt by this process.

It is the process of life and so step into your maturity now and come to understand the ways of the world. Come to understand deeply that all are learning and that all are growing and that no one is exempt.

Come to accept that you may be wise in one moment and not as wise in the next.
Come to accept that others will have this discrepancy as well.

This discrepancy is painful unless you understand that everyone is filled with divinity and greatness and that at the same time everyone is human and learning.

And so, come to embrace the entirety of who you.

Embrace your divinity.
Embrace your wisdom.
Embrace your greatness.
Embrace that you are human and that you are learning.
Embrace your humility.
Embrace that you have blind spots and
Embrace that you have places of weakness that are less developed inside of yourself.

Seek to develop your strengths and seek to heal your weaknesses, for that is what you have come to do.

You have come to grow.
You have come to learn.
You have come to enjoy and you have come to serve.

And so embrace it all now.

Embrace the growth.
Embrace the learning.
Embrace that you human.
Embrace that you are spirit and filled with greatness.
Embrace it all and feel compassion for yourself and for the journey.

Feel compassion for others and for their journey, for they too are filled with greatness and great wisdom, and they too are human and they have weaknesses and they are learning and growing.

Have compassion for yourself and have compassion for others.
For everyone is learning and everyone is growing and there is no way around this.

Again, step into your maturity.

Step into your understanding and know that everyone is learning and everyone is growing.

Expect the imbalances.
Do not be so shocked by them.

Whether they are your own imbalances or the imbalances of others.

Embrace it all.
Embrace your strengths and embrace your weaknesses.

Embrace the strengths of others and
Embrace the weaknesses of others.

Be gentle with yourself and be compassionate.
At the same time be disciplined and be firm.

Learn what you’ve come here to learn and you will be satisfied with your journey.

A Plate of Compassion All Around

Who am I to judge you?
Things aren’t always what they appear.

For today, I am filled with humility.
For today, I acknowledge that I too have made mistakes.

Some days I am embarrassed by these mistakes.
Some days I cringe when I think of something I did or said.

But these mistakes have given me a deep compassion for the human condition.

We are all flawed.
And at the same time we all have greatness within us.

And when I am tempted to judge another, I quietly reflect on all the times I’ve been out of balance too, all the times I’ve misread the energy, and instead of judgement I offer compassion.

I offer a plate of compassion all around.

Everyone is learning.
Everyone is growing.

No one is exempt.

I am filled with humility and
I offer a plate of compassion all around.

Everyone is suffering.
Everyone has some burden they are carrying.

And so when I can find this place within me,
I offer compassion.

Some days this comes easy and other days its a challenge.
But for today, this compassion bubbles up within me.

We are all learning.
We are all growing.

No one is exempt.

I am filled with humility, and
I offer a plate of compassion all around.

I am filled with humility, and
I offer a place of compassion all around.

Calling in Divine Intervention with TRCB

Welcome to TRCB Tuesday.

Its been a while since I’ve posted a new video and I wanted to share one with you today. Today’s topic is Calling in Divine Intervention with TRCB. In this video I will be tapping on each of the seven chakras of the Tong Ren doll and repeating a chakra balancing affirmation. The focus will be on asking for assistance in coming into a deeper balance and bringing our best self forward more and more.

Today’s chakra balancing affirmations are:

Crown: I am open to divine intervention. I ask for divine intervention. I experience divine intervention.

Third eye: I ask for assistance in bringing the wisdom of my spirit forward.

Throat: I ask for assistance in bringing my power and confidence forward.

Heart: I ask for assistance in deepening my compassion for myself and others.

Solar Plexus: I ask for assistance in cultivating deeper acceptance of myself and others.

Identity: I ask for assistance in deepening my strength and I ask for assistance in deepening my sensitivity.

Base: I ask for assistance in deepening my disciplines of mind, body and spirit.

Take a moment now and ask for divine intervention, ask for what you need. There is a spiritual force of life that is working with all of us to manifest what we need, but this force of life does not want to interfere with free will choice and so we all need to learn to ask for assistance.

Ask that your wisdom become deeper. Ask for help in bringing forward your power and confidence. Ask for assistance in accepting yourself and in accepting others. Ask for deeper strength and deeper sensitivity. Ask for assistance in all aspects of your life. Ask for assistance as you go through your day.

Let this be your experiment this week. Experiment with asking for the assistance you need. Experiment with dialoging with a force of life greater than yourself. Experiment with seeing yourself as part o a powerful team and remembering that you never work alone.

There is a force of life that is working with you to manifest what you need and as you begin to dialogue with this force of life you will have greater access to it. And so let this be your experiment for the week to come. Ask for help. Ask for assistance, and communicate with a force of life that is greater than yourself and be aware of how this affects the quality of your week.

We don’t have to do this alone. We can call in greater support, greater wisdom, and greater opportunity. Practice this this week and see what transpires.

~Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

Cultivating Greater Strength with TRCB

Hello Everyone and welcome to Tong Ren Chakra Balancing (TRCB) Tuesday.

This week’s video will focus on using TRCB to cultivate greater strength. Dealing with our daily challenges and the general challenges of being on the planet requires that we connect with the strength that lies within the core of our being. Our spirit, our true self, that spark of divinity that lies within is strong, powerful and confident. For today, we will be balancing the chakras and reconnecting with the strength of our spirit so that we can more easily access this strength so that we can have the fortitude that we need to face our challenges.

This weeks chakra balancing affirmations are:

Crown: I trust that spirit is working with me to manifest what I need.

Third eye: I am a wise decision maker.

Throat: I am powerful and powerful beings of light are all around me.

Heart: I am love and love is all around me.

Solar Plexus: I am filled with depth.

Identity: I am both sensitive and strong.

Base: I am spirit. I am eternal. I am infinite. I am safe.

And there you have it. Your seven TRCB affirmations for the week. Take time this week to listen to the video and to connect with the strength of your spirit. Take time to connect with the strength that lies at the core of your being. There is a place of strength that lies within each one of us and as we learn to connect with this place of strength we can begin to bring this strength forward more and more.

Have a good week everyone.

Opening to possibility with TRCB

Hi there everyone!

Its been a while since we’ve done a video so I wanted to share one with you today. Its a video on opening to greater possibility. When we narrow our focus too much we can become self centered and limited in our perceptions. We can also tend to focus on the worst case senarios of our lives and really freak ourselves out! In todays healing video we will focus on opening to the field of infinite possibilities and maintaining a more expanded awareness and point of view.

Here are this weeks chakra balancing affirmations:

Crown: I am open to the field of infinite possibility.

Third eye: I am open and I am wise.

Throat: I am open and I am expressive.

Heart: I am open and I am loving and I am generous.

Solar Plexus: I am open and I welcome all of life.

Identity: I am open and I stand in my convinctions.

Base: I am open and I am filled with humility.

And there you have it. Your seven chakra balancing affirmations for the week. Seek to experience greater openness this week while also embodying greater wisdom, clarity, expression, love, convinction and humility.

As you balance all seven chakras you will elevate your frequency and raise your vibration and positively impact your own life and the lives of others.

Have a good week.

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

P.S. I am working hard to complete my TRCB book of affirmations! Stay tuned for more info.

P.S.S. I am also working on our first webinar. Stay tuned for more exciting information about that as well!

I accept you. (Part 2)

Hello everyone and welcome to TRCB (Tong Ren Chakra Balancing) Tuesday where each week I will share with you a healing video for the purpose of helping all of us to balance our chakras and bring forward our best selves in every day life.

This week we will be focusing on accepting others. We all have strengths and we all have weaknesses and learning to accept these strengths and weaknesses is one of the keys to our actualization and to our finding the peace that we desire. When we are offended by every little thing, when we hold a grudge, when we are thrown out of balance by the imbalances of others we give our power away.

And so for today lets cultivate an attitude of acceptance so that we can step into our power, so that we can step into our love, our radiance, our compassion, and our strength. It takes inner strength and power to not be thrown by the imbalances that are all around us. It is easy to lose our balance. It takes fortitude to develop our own inner strength enough to be able to stay steady a mist the everyday imbalances that we encounter. And so for today, lets work on finding our own inner strength, our own inner power and our own inner fortitude so that we are not so easily offended and instead can offer others the compassion and acceptance that is so needed in our world.

Acceptance, of course, is just the first step. Once we have accepted we can ask: Given what is, what am I to do? Sometimes in acceptance we move closer and sometimes in acceptance we move further away. Sometimes in acceptance we express ourselves and sometimes we remain silent. Sometimes we say yes and sometimes we say no. The individual attunement will vary. But the first step is to accept ourselves and accept others and step into our full power, our full strength, our full balance, and our full potential in every day life.

And so seek to be the best that you can be. Do not worry about how others are behaving. At the end of your life, it is your behaviour that you will need to account for. And so focus on yourself. And focusing on becoming the best version of you. It is easy to loose focus and focus on “them”, to focus on what they are doing or not doing, how they have misbehaved. Instead of focusing on the imbalances of others learn to work on bringing your best self forward.

How do you best respond to the imbalances that you encounter every day? Can you step into your own inner power enough to not be so thrown by the imbalances around you. Can you find your own inner strength enough to not take offense? Can you access your compassion so that you can be a true being of light and healing upon the earth?

It is here that your work lies. Again do not be so concerned about the imbalances of others. Instead seek to bring your best self forward more and more and you shall be successful.

This weeks chakra balancing affirmations are:

Crown: I am one with all of life.

Third eye: I understand.

Throat: I am filled with the power of spirit. I am a powerful being of light.

Heart: I am a radiant being of light and love.

Solar Plexus: I accept you. I accept you. I accept you.

Identity: I am both sensitive and strong.

Base: I am filled with humility. I am enough as I am.

And there you have it. You seven chakra balancing affirmations for the week. You may want to pick one affirmations and make it your affirmation for the day or the week. Work with these affirmations frequently and allow them to assist you in bringing your best self forward more and more.

See the challenges in the week ahead as a test in your ability to hold your balance and bring your best self forward. Do not be discouraged if you do not pass all of your tests. We are here on the earth learning to bring our best self forward and this is a process. Allow yourself the space to learn and grow and give others the space they need to learn and grow. Little by lithe as you continue to practice and aspire to find this inner balance and strength you will bring more of your true self forward.

Practice daily for no effort is in vain. Practice daily and model a new way of being. Practice daily and be a force of healing and light upon the earth. Accept yourself, accept others and step into your true power, true strength, true wisdom, true understand, true acceptance, and true love. Practice daily and bring your best self forward more and more.

Have a great week.

Embracing Your Unlimited Nature

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to TRCB (Tong Ren Chakra Balancing) Tuesday where each week I will share with you a healing video to further assist us all in balancing our chakras and bringing our best self forward in everyday life.

In this weeks video we will explore opening to our unlimited nature while also honoring our human limitations. It will be an opportunity for us all to expand our idea of what is possible while also acknowledging our inherent limitations of time, energy, and money. The irony is that when you connect with your unlimited nature and see yourself as unlimited while simultaneously embracing your limitations what you are capable of actually expands.

This weeks affirmations are as follows:

Crown: I am open and expanded. I expand my idea of what is possible. When I expand my idea of what is possible, I help to bring it in.

Third eye: I am filled with unlimited wisdom.

Throat: I am filled with unlimited power.

Heart: I am filled with unlimited love.

Solar Plexus: I am filled with unlimited acceptance.

Identity: I am filled with unlimited creativity.

Base: I am filled with unlimited humility. I honor my human limitations of time, energy, and money.

Take a moment now to feel your unlimited nature while simultaneously honoring and valuing your human limitations of time, energy and money. In this way you will come into a deeper balance and alignment, where you both acknowledge and honor your human limitations while also remembering your true unlimited nature.

Be sure to watch the video to experience this integration directly for yourself!

We have many videos now on the blog and on my youtube channel. I recommend watching one video daily in order to assist in balancing your chakras and helping you to bring your best self forward in everyday life.

Also be sure to “like” us on facebook if you would like to receive daily words of inspiration to further assist in this process.

Have a great week and see you again next Tuesday!

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein
