I let go, again.

I was working on letting go of an attachment this morning and was reminded that letting go is something we need to do everyday, all day. Wrote this blog post to assist us all in this process.

We can’t be reminded enough about the power and importance of letting go, every day. It is easy to feel that we had an issue and that we focused, and we let go and then think that our job is done. But, no, I’m sorry to report, life doesn’t seem to work that way.

In fact, it seems to me, that life is relentless in asking us to let go of our attachments to how we think things should be so that we can more deeply embrace the life that is meant for us.

Perhaps you need to let go of an attachment to how a child is behaving or perhaps you need to let go of an attachment to a friend or perhaps you need to let go of your attachment to how a particular area of your life is going.

Letting go of attachments doesn’t mean that we are letting go of our pure desire, it means that we are letting go of the fear and the tight grip around whatever situation we happen to find ourself in.

The irony, of course, is that once you let go of your attachments you are more able to read the energy and know how to best be in the situation. Clutching, neediness, and clinging, even when we are clinging to a noble idea, all block clarity and right action. So, it just makes sense to let go of our attachments frequently and see where life takes us.

Again, we don’t want to confuse letting go with complacency.

When we let go, we let go of our fears and our tight grip and our attachments to outcome. When we let go of our attachments, a natural clarity arises and we will actually know how to most effectively be with any situation in our life.

But don’t take my word for it.

Try it for yourself.

The next time that you find your self “too attached” to how something is going, (and I imagine, we all have something that instantly comes to mind!) experiment with just letting it go.

You can do this by simply affirming:

I let go.
I let go.
I let go.

I know that situations in my life work out better when I’m not clinging, grasping, and holding on too tight and so it just makes sense to let go.

I let go.
I let go.
I let go.

I let go and I surrender this situation to spirit.
I let go and I surrender this person to spirit.
I let go and I surrender this child into spirits hands.

I let go.
I let go.
I let go.

I let go of my tight grip.
I let go of my neediness.
I let go of my clinging and my attachments to how I think it should be.

I let go and I surrender to a force of life that knows far better than I about how to heal and mend this situation.

I let go in the morning and
I let go in the evening and
I let go through out my day.

I don’t just let go once and think I’m done.

No,

I let go constantly.
I let go repeatedly.

Spirit:

Help me to let go.

Help me to let go of my limited, tight grip.

Help me to let go of my neediness, my clinging, and my attachments.

Help me to see beyond this limited situation.

Help to move me into a sense of possibility and unlimited potential.

Help me to step into the unlimited reality that exists.

Help me to let go of my tight grip so that the vastness of all that is can take over this situation.

I let go.
I let go.
I let go.

I let go of my tight grip.
I let go of trying to control the vast ocean of life.
I let go of my limited point of view and perspective.

I let go and I step into my wisdom.
I let go and I step into the vastness of who I am.
I let go and I step into my infinite power.
I let go and I step into my unlimited nature.

When we cling, when we are attached, we become small.

Step into the vastness of who you are.
Step into the world of infinite possibilities.
Step into a world of unlimited potentials.

Your limited mind has no idea of the unlimited ways that your situation could heal and mend.

Let go of your limited way of being in the world.

Surrender and trust now.

Surrender to a force of life that knows what is needed.
Surrender to a force of life that is responsible for the creation of the universe.

Surrender.
Surrender.

Trust.
Trust.

Listen.
Listen.

Listen and do your part.
Listen and do what you are guided to do.

You will only be able to listen and follow guidance if you are actively working on letting go of your attachments.

It is when you let go of your tight grip that you can more easily read the energy and the currents of your life.

And so let this be your experiment.
Let this be your practice.

You have tried the way of tightness and gripping and attachments.

Now try this new way.

Practice letting go.

Allow the following affirmation to be your mantra:

I let go.
I let go.
I let go.

Say it often, repeatedly, frequently.

Yes, it takes work to let go.

Do this for a few days and allow the results to amaze you.

You will step into greater clarity, greater wisdom, and greater power.

Places where you feel confused we become clear as deeper insight illuminates your mind.

Let this be your practice.
Let this be experiment.

Affirm frequently:

I let go.
I let go.

I let go and I step into my wisdom.
I let go and I step into my clarity.
I let go and I step into my power.

I let go.
I let go.

I let go and I lead a guided life.
I let go and I allow the vastness of life to show me the way.

I let go and I am free.
I let go and you are free.

I let go and we are all free.

We are free to align with a force of life that knows what is truly best and what is truly needed.

I let go.
I let go.

I let go in the morning.
I let go in the evening.

I let go all day long.

This is my practice.
This is my experiment.
This is my devotion.

This is my way of aligning with a force of life that has everyone’s best interest at heart.

When I let go, I am removing the blockages that come from attachment.
When I let go, I am removing the resistance.

When I let go, what is meant to come to me will come, and what is not meant will go.

And so,

I let go and I trust.
I let go and I surrender.

I let go and I step into the greatness of who I am.

I let go and I step into my greatness.
I let go and I step into my vastness.

I let go and I step into my true unlimited nature that does not cling.
I let go and I step into my infinite potential.

I do not limit my life by gripping tightly.
I do not make myself small by becoming attached.

No,

I fling open the doors to my heart and I let go and allow the awesomeness of life to lead the way.

I let go and I align with this powerful force of life that knows what is best.

I let go of my little self and step into the vastness of who I truly am.

I let go of my little agendas and step into infinite potential.
I let go of my holding tight and let the great I am run the show.

I let go.
I let go.

I let go and I step into my greatness.
I let go and I step into my greatness.

I let go.
I let go.

I let go and I step into the vastness of who I am.
I let go and I step into the vastness of who I am.

I let go.
I let go.

My attachments keep me small.
My attachments keep my life small.

And so,

I let go.
I let go.

I let go.
I let go.

And then:

I let go some more.
I let go again and again and again.

This is my practice.
This is my agenda.
This is my work.

I let go.
I let go.
I let go.

The mind and body are one.

I was having dinner with a friend last night and she was telling me that she was really struggling with asthma flair up and was having trouble breathing. It turns out that the asthma flair up started soon after the death of a close friend. In Chinese Medicine grief weakens the lungs, so it’s not uncommon for people dealing with grief to develop lung issues. My friend had also recently been eating more dairy than usual. Dairy is also a common trigger for asthma.

I was also struggling somewhat. I had recently had flair up of my allergies, which had been dormant for years. The flair up coincided with a high mold count in the air (I’m sensitive to mold), a return to eating wheat (a food I generally avoid), and an emotional upset I was having with a friend. I had developed an almost uncontrollable cough due to the allergy.

The physical health symptoms we experience can come about due to a number of reasons. They can come about due to allergic reactions to foods, side effects from medications, vitamin deficiencies, and past injuries. They can come about due to environmental factors such as pollution, gmo’s, contaminated water, ticks, or radiation exposure. They can also come about due to emotional issues. For example, if there is something you need to say and are not saying you might develop a cough, or a hoarse voice or thyroid issues. If you are experiencing a lot of grief it may affect your lungs. If you are experiencing a lot of resentment and anger it might affect your joints or your skin. The possibilities of how are emotions can affect our body are endless.

If you are experiencing health issues, you may want to pause and ask yourself what the contributing factors might be. I paused in the middle of my allergic reaction and saw several things. I saw that I had started eating wheat again, and that the wheat was weakening my immune system. I also saw that I was feeling like a victim in one of my friendships and that feeling like a victim was also weakening my immune system. I saw that I needed to step into my power and confidence. So, instead of focusing on feeling hurt by my friend, I started affirming to myself:

I am powerful.
I am powerful.

I feel powerful.
I feel powerful.

I embody power.
I embody power.

I am a powerful being of light.
I am a powerful being of light.

I have the power to influence.
I have the power to influence.

I use my power in service to all of humanity.
I use my power in service to all of humanity.

My words are powerful.
My words are powerful.

I am powerful.
I am powerful.

I am filled with the power of spirit.
I am filled with the power of spirit.

I am a powerful being of light.
I am a powerful being of light.

It was sort of amazing, but as I started shifting from a victim mentality to a mentality of confidence and power, my physical symptoms begin to subside (I started coughing and sneezing much less). The symptoms didn’t go away completely, but they definitely became more manageable. The next day when I decided to fully express myself to my friend, my cough quickly subsided and health began to return to my body.

I share all of this today as a reminder of the impact that our emotions play on our health.

Take a moment to assess your internal environment. How might the thoughts and feeling you are having be impacting your physical body?

When I shifted my thoughts and feelings from that of a victim to that of being a powerful being of light my physical symptoms improved. When I said what I needed to say, my cough improved.

Practice addressing your physical symptoms on many levels. What food choices do you need to change? What vitamins do you need to add? Do you need to exercise more or less? Are you getting enough sleep? What feelings do you need to work on? Are you resentful and angry? How might that be impacting your health? Are you not saying what you need to say? How is that blocking your energy? Are you struggling with lack of self acceptance? How might that be impacting your well being?

Practice elevating your thoughts and feelings and see how this impacts your physical body. Let this be your experiment for the week.

If you would like additional assistance with this be sure to check out our You Tube Page at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjOQSO4tSZN1ltGeb-KFC7w where there are lots of inspiring videos that can assist you in elevating your emotional state.

I am also available for in person and phone consultations to help understand and address these various issues.

Again, there are many reasons for the health issues we face. Emotional factors are just one piece. But since this is an area where we can exert influence it can be helpful to really examine our emotional state and elevate our awareness where we can.

Have a good week.

Embracing the Learning Process (TRCB Video)

This weeks TRCB healing video is on embracing the learning process.

The earth is a school and we have come for growth, learning, enjoyment and service. Learning to accept our mistakes and grow from them, is a large part of why we are here.

Culturally we are taught to identify with our behavior and thus when make a mistake we may consider ourselves to be bad. I have been taught to separate behavior from identity. We are spirit and our essential self is good while our behavior is evolving.

For today practice seeing yourself as spirit and good and learning. Come to see your essential self as good and your behavior as an evolving process.

(I remember reading somewhere that if you aren’t embarrassed by the person that you were a year ago that you are not learning and growing enough.)

So embrace the fact that you are good and that you are learning and be aware of how this impacts your attitude toward mistakes (both your own and others).

This weeks TRCB affirmations are:

Crown: I let go and I trust the process of life.

Third eye: I am wise.

Throat: I am learning and growing. We are all learning and growing.

Heart: I am filled with compassion for myself and others for we are all learning and growing.

Solar Plexus: I embrace the learning process. I accept the learning process. I allow the learning process.

Identity: I am filled with wholeness.

Base: I am disciplined. I attend to my mind, body, and spirit everyday.

Work with these affirmations this week and see how they evolve your attitude towards yourself, others, and the learning process.

As we learn to embrace our learning process we can develop a deeper compassion for ourselves and others, for once again, we are all spirit, we are all good, and we are all learning.

For this week, separate your behavior from your identity. Know that you are good regardless of what mistakes that you have made. And offer compassion to yourself and others. Be aware of how this impacts the quality of your week.

Enjoy the video.

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

Embracing the Learning Process

Last week I thought I had made a financially costly mistake. As it turned out, I had not. But still, the experience of thinking I had made a mistake and my reaction to it, made me realize I still had quite a bit of work to do on embracing the learning process.

Mistakes are an inevitable part of life, and when we see them as bad we really suffer.

Of course, none of us want to make mistakes and it is great to aspire to be thoughtful as we move through our lives, but even under the best of circumstances we will all falter.

We are human and we are learning, their is simply no way around this. Everyone we come in contact with is also human and learning. The sooner we embrace this reality the happier we will be.

In addition to the fact that we are human and learning, we are also spirit and filled with greatness and so is everyone else.

Learning to hold these two awarenesses simultaneously is part of what we are here to do.

Anyway, as I was contemplating all this and working on embracing the learning process, I wrote the following post to help me remember.

Thought I’d share it here, in case any of you are working on the same lessons.

I am learning and growing.

The earth is a school.
We have come for learning and we have come for growth.
That is why we are here.

And so, do not be so surprised by the mistakes, as if you had hope of not making any.

We have come for growth and we have come for learning, and
We have come to serve and we have come to enjoy.

Embrace all aspects of your journey.

Embrace the learning.
Embrace the growth.
Embrace your enjoyment and
Embrace your service.

Embrace all aspects of why you are here.

Affirm often:

I embrace the learning process.
I welcome the learning process.

I have come for growth and I have come for learning, it is a large part of why I am here.

The earth is a school and we have all come for growth.
We have all come for learning.

And so, embrace the learning process and embrace the growth process.

Know that you have come for growth.
Know that you have come for learning.

Remember why you are here and do not be so surprised by the process.

Have deep compassion for yourself and deep compassion for others, for all are learning and all are growing and no one is exempt.

Do not expect perfection from yourself and do not expect perfection from others.

We are all learning and we are all growing.

You may be extremely wise in one moment and you may be foolish in the next.
And this discrepancy may cause you great pain.
But know that is too is part of the process of life.

All are human, and all are learning and growing.
And all our spirit, and all filled with divinity and greatness.

You may encounter others who exhibit great wisdom in one moment and great foolishness in the next.

Learn to have compassion for their process as well.

For everyone is filled with greatness and great divinity and
All are human and learning.

Do not be so surprised by this process and do not be so hurt by this process.

It is the process of life and so step into your maturity now and come to understand the ways of the world. Come to understand deeply that all are learning and that all are growing and that no one is exempt.

Come to accept that you may be wise in one moment and not as wise in the next.
Come to accept that others will have this discrepancy as well.

This discrepancy is painful unless you understand that everyone is filled with divinity and greatness and that at the same time everyone is human and learning.

And so, come to embrace the entirety of who you.

Embrace your divinity.
Embrace your wisdom.
Embrace your greatness.
Embrace that you are human and that you are learning.
Embrace your humility.
Embrace that you have blind spots and
Embrace that you have places of weakness that are less developed inside of yourself.

Seek to develop your strengths and seek to heal your weaknesses, for that is what you have come to do.

You have come to grow.
You have come to learn.
You have come to enjoy and you have come to serve.

And so embrace it all now.

Embrace the growth.
Embrace the learning.
Embrace that you human.
Embrace that you are spirit and filled with greatness.
Embrace it all and feel compassion for yourself and for the journey.

Feel compassion for others and for their journey, for they too are filled with greatness and great wisdom, and they too are human and they have weaknesses and they are learning and growing.

Have compassion for yourself and have compassion for others.
For everyone is learning and everyone is growing and there is no way around this.

Again, step into your maturity.

Step into your understanding and know that everyone is learning and everyone is growing.

Expect the imbalances.
Do not be so shocked by them.

Whether they are your own imbalances or the imbalances of others.

Embrace it all.
Embrace your strengths and embrace your weaknesses.

Embrace the strengths of others and
Embrace the weaknesses of others.

Be gentle with yourself and be compassionate.
At the same time be disciplined and be firm.

Learn what you’ve come here to learn and you will be satisfied with your journey.

Opening to Receive with TRCB

Hello Everyone and welcome to TRCB Tuesday.

This weeks video is focused on opening to receive. Many of us were trained from a young age that it is better to give than to receive. I was taught by my teachers that it is better to give and to receive and that it is better to seek the balance. When we are in a deeper balance we are equally comfortable with both giving and receiving.

Many of us unconsciously block receiving either because we feel we don’t deserve, we feel guilty, or we simply have a deeply held belief that it is better to give than to receive so we focus exclusively on giving and then become drained and depleted.

And so for today, I thought we’d work on opening to receive. I have found it helpful to look at receiving as a skill that you can develop. When thoughts of: I don’t deserve arise, or thoughts of: wait others are suffering its selfish of me to receive arise, gently surrender these thoughts or move then aside.

Remember our being open to receive doesn’t block another from opening to receive. We can all learn this skill. And often when we allow ourselves to receive, we actually then have more resources to help others. (Watch for next weeks video on Opening to Greater World Service)

And so we can learn to separate receiving from thoughts of deserving, and just see learning to receive as a skill that is available to all of us.

This weeks chakra balancing affirmations are:

Crown: I am open to receive the light.

Third eye: I am open receive deeper wisdom.

Throat: I am open to receive compliments and criticism because I can learn from both.

Heart: I am open to give and receive love.

Solar Plexus: I welcome all of life.

Identity Chakra: I am open to give and receive. I am equally comfortable with both.

Base: I am open to greater self-care. I attend to my mind, body, emotional health, and spirit everyday.

And there you have it. Your 7 chakra balancing affirmations for the week.

For this week, give yourself permission to focus on opening to receive. Open to receive the light of spirit that is all around you. Open to receive love. Open to receive greater financial abundance. Open to receive miracles. Open to receive new opportunities. Open to new friendships. Open to positive change. Open to divine intervention. Open to receive all that life wants to bring to you. Do not block out of fear or ignorance. Instead open to receive that which is meant for you.

Practice opening to receive and be aware of what transpires in the week ahead.

As you open to receive, also practice really appreciating all that already have in your life. For appreciating what you have is the ultimate sign that you are really taking in all that has been offered.

And so, open to receive, appreciate all that you have and then as you feel filled up inside you can naturally offer the contribution that you came to make.

Have a good week everyone.

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

All Dressed Up and No Where To Go.

Hello Everyone,

I wrote this blog post a couple of years ago and just rediscovered it recently.  I thought it would be a good time to share it with all of you.  It’s about learning to embrace rejection rather than fearing it.  And it’s about learning to see rejection as one of the ways that the universe guides us to where we need to be.

All Dressed Up and No Where To Go.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.”  ~Helen Keller

It was a Saturday night and I was racing around getting ready to leave for the party, when the phone rang.  It was the host calling to ask me NOT to come to the gathering.  He said he didn’t think it would be my scene.

I got off the phone, feeling a little dazed by the sudden change of plans, and slowly, it began to dawn on me, “ I think I was just uninvited from this party.  It’s not that I would be uncomfortable, it’s that he didn’t want me to be there.

As I sat on the couch “all dressed up with no where to go”, I remembered the wise words of my teacher, Ellen Tadd, “Rejection is the universe telling you that you are going in the wrong direction”.  Even though there was a part of me that wanted to react, feel hurt, and feel sad, another part of me knew that this was the universe guiding me.  I’ve been taught to welcome rejection (not always an easy thing!). The words,  “Rejection is the universe telling you that you are going in the wrong direction echoed through my head.”

You see, I had felt mixed about going to this party as well. Partly because I was enjoying my time at home and partly because I wasn’t sure if this group of people was right for me anymore.  As I sat and reflected, I couldn’t help but feel the hand of spirit guiding me, confirming in a way, what I had already suspected.  The gap between where I was at and where they were had grown too wide.  It was no longer where I belonged.

I sat quietly on the couch, enjoying the quiet and feeling a little nostalgic for times past where this had been my right place in the world.  I sat alone, aware that one door of happiness had just been closed, unsure of where the next door was or when it would open.  A chapter had just ended and a new chapter yet to have begun.  I sat in the void with nothing to do but trust the next chapter of my life would unfold in its own time.

Why do I tell you all this?

I guess it’s just a reminder that rejection is not bad.  That rejection is part of how the universe guides us to where we need to be.

As I sat quietly on my couch dressed for my party, with no party to go to, I realized what I really wanted was to meet new people who resonated more with the person I’ve become rather than the person I had once been.  As I sat on the couch I quietly asked the universe to guide me to where I needed to be, to bring the right people into my life, and to show me where I belonged.  I asked the universe to guide me to my next chapter.

As I write, I hear these words:

“Always remember that rejection is the universe telling you that you are going in the wrong direction.  Remember that rejection is not bad.  Learn to welcome rejection so that you will know where you do and do not belong at this time.  Experiencing rejection will create a void in your life, which will help open your energy to the new.

And so open to the new now:  Open to new opportunity.  Open to new people.  Open to a new chapter.  Allow rejection to be part of what guides you to where you need to be.  Do not be offended by rejection instead seek to understand.  Rejection is not personal.  It is simply the universe showing you were you need to be.  Seek to understand rather than be understood.  Seek to be gracious.  Seek to allow the universe to guide you rather than be willful.  In that way you will know where to best put your energy and your attention and your focus.  The universe is always speaking to you if you will but listen.”

In a weird way, my friend was right.  This party was no longer my scene.

And so, over the course of the following week, I surrendered, I understood, and I allowed myself to be guided.  And for now, I sit in the void between where I once was and were I will go in the future, and I sit and enjoy the quietude knowing that everything changes and that when the time is right, I will be guided to my next door of happiness.

Have a good weekend,

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

Calling in Divine Intervention with TRCB

Welcome to TRCB Tuesday.

Its been a while since I’ve posted a new video and I wanted to share one with you today. Today’s topic is Calling in Divine Intervention with TRCB. In this video I will be tapping on each of the seven chakras of the Tong Ren doll and repeating a chakra balancing affirmation. The focus will be on asking for assistance in coming into a deeper balance and bringing our best self forward more and more.

Today’s chakra balancing affirmations are:

Crown: I am open to divine intervention. I ask for divine intervention. I experience divine intervention.

Third eye: I ask for assistance in bringing the wisdom of my spirit forward.

Throat: I ask for assistance in bringing my power and confidence forward.

Heart: I ask for assistance in deepening my compassion for myself and others.

Solar Plexus: I ask for assistance in cultivating deeper acceptance of myself and others.

Identity: I ask for assistance in deepening my strength and I ask for assistance in deepening my sensitivity.

Base: I ask for assistance in deepening my disciplines of mind, body and spirit.

Take a moment now and ask for divine intervention, ask for what you need. There is a spiritual force of life that is working with all of us to manifest what we need, but this force of life does not want to interfere with free will choice and so we all need to learn to ask for assistance.

Ask that your wisdom become deeper. Ask for help in bringing forward your power and confidence. Ask for assistance in accepting yourself and in accepting others. Ask for deeper strength and deeper sensitivity. Ask for assistance in all aspects of your life. Ask for assistance as you go through your day.

Let this be your experiment this week. Experiment with asking for the assistance you need. Experiment with dialoging with a force of life greater than yourself. Experiment with seeing yourself as part o a powerful team and remembering that you never work alone.

There is a force of life that is working with you to manifest what you need and as you begin to dialogue with this force of life you will have greater access to it. And so let this be your experiment for the week to come. Ask for help. Ask for assistance, and communicate with a force of life that is greater than yourself and be aware of how this affects the quality of your week.

We don’t have to do this alone. We can call in greater support, greater wisdom, and greater opportunity. Practice this this week and see what transpires.

~Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

I accept you.

Hello Everyone,

I was thinking about acceptance this weekend, and wrote a quick blog post on the matter. It is my hope that it helps all of us to accept not only ourselves, but others as well.

I accept you.

I accept you.
I accept you.
I accept you.

I accept that you have strengths.
I accept that you have weakness.
I accept that you are learning and growing.

I accept it all.

I accept you.
I accept you.
I accept you.

I accept that sometimes I understand you and
I accept that sometimes I do not.

I accept that you are brilliant and
I accept that you are also wounded in ways that are hard to understand.

I accept you, and my acceptance leads to clarity so that I know how to best proceed.

Sometimes my acceptance makes it easier to stay in relationship and sometimes my acceptance leads me to walk away.

I accept you and my acceptance leads to clarity.
When I am clear, I will know what to do.

I accept you.
I accept you.
I accept you.

Have you noticed that everyone has some crazy in them? It can be a challenging world out there and if you find one or two people whose craziness doesn’t bother you all that much you are indeed fortunate.

And what about the rest? How do you make it through this world?

Some days it seems that the only thing one can do is wrap everyone in a blanket of acceptance. What can you do but accept the wounded places in our selves and others? This, is not the same as complacency. For after we have accepted, we then get to decide how to best proceed. But practicing acceptance will calm the solar plexus chakra and allow a natural knowing to arise.

For today, practice wrapping all of your relationships in acceptance. Accept the strengths, accept the weakness, and accept the crazy. Accept it all. Allow your acceptance to calm the solar plexus. When the solar plexus is calm a natural knowing about how to best proceed will arise.

Have a nice Sunday everyone!

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

Cultivating Greater Self Appreciation with TRCB

Hello Everyone and welcome to TRCB Tuesday,

This weeks chakra balancing treatment focuses on cultivating greater self love and self appreciation. Many of us desire greater love and appreciation from others, and yet do not even give ourselves the very appreciation we would like experience out in the world.

It is often said, that others are simply a mirror for us about the views we hold about ourselves. If this is in fact true, then it is to our advantage to learn to love and appreciate ourselves and see how this impacts what is reflected back.

And even if others are not mirrors, it still is an act of great kindness and self care to learn to cultivate love, compassion, and understanding for ourselves, so that we can better weather the inevitable ups and downs on the journey of life.

Here are this weeks affirmations:

Crown: I let go and I trust the process. I trust that life is working with me to manifest what I need.

Third eye: I am a being of great wisdom.

Throat: I am filled with the power of spirit.

Heart: I love and I appreciate myself.

Solar Plexus: I accept that I am learning and growing. I accept that I have strengths and that I have weaknesses. I accept, that I, like everyone else, am in a process of growth and evolution.

Identity: I am infinitely creative.

Base: I am filled with humility. I am enough as I am.

And there you have it, this weeks seven chakra balancing affirmations. Work with these affirmations frequently to further balance and align the chakras. Of course, watch the video as well, to further enhance the healing benefit.

You may  want to pick one affirmation and make it your affirmation for the day. Really practice embodying your chosen affirmation. For example, if your affirmation is, I am filled with the power of spirit, really practice embodying this affirmation and practice feeling as well.

Ask yourself, how would I handle this situation if I was filled with the power of spirit? How would I go through my day? How would I live my life? How would I interact in my relationships? Repeat your chosen affirmation frequently and see how this impacts your day and quality of life.

Sincerely,

Hayley Mermelstein

Meditation Background

Hello Everyone,

I’ve got some great news! I’m finally ready to offer our first FREE Tong Ren Chakra Balancing teleclass. This teleclass will be a great way to experience the healing power of TRCB on a whole new level.

If you have enjoyed the TRCB videos, you will really enjoy the LIVE call and experience TRCB on a whole new level.

During this call you will experience greater clarity, confidence, power, compassion, love, and emotional balance. This is because TRCB assists in balancing the chakras, and when the chakras are balanced you can more easily access the best that lies within you.

Also, there is tremendous energy that comes from gathering together as a group for healing and transformation.

Be sure to join us for this call and experience the power of group energy healing for yourself!

What to expect during this TRCB teleclass:

I will begin the call with a guided meditation through the chakras, this will help all of us to come into deeper alignment and balance and give you a greater understanding of the chakras as well.

I will then do 2-3 TRCB treatments for the group.

This will further assist in balancing the chakras and helping all of us step into greater trust, wisdom, confidence, power, peace, compassion, love, balance, and discipline.

If time permits, I will also open the line for some Question and Answers.

We will conclude our group call with a brief closing meditation and the sending of light and healing energy to everyone who is signed up for this call.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to be immersed in the healing energy of spirit and the healing energy generated by a TRCB group session.

Be sure to sign up for this call so that you can experience the power of TRCB for yourself!

Also, if you have friends or family that you think would benefit from this experience feel free to forward this email to them as well. This is an open call and all are welcome.
